12-month contract Business Analyst opportunity with large Insurance organisation Your new company We are looking for experienced Senior Business Analysts to support delivery initiatives within a large insurance organisations digital transformation program. These roles operate within delivery squads and require BAs who can own topics end-to-end, work through ambiguity, and partner closely with delivery leads, SMEs and squads. Your new role Own and manage requirements for assigned topics from current state through to delivery Elicit, document and manage business requirements and acceptance criteria Assess impacts across customer-facing assets (web, digital marketing, chatbot, Docs & Notices) Process mapping and articulation of end-to-end customer journeys Work closely with delivery squads to support timely outcomes Champion an end-to-end customer view to ensure consistency in language and experience Engage with business SMEs and stakeholders to clarify scope and priorities What you'll need to succeed Senior BA experience within Insurance (must-have) Strong delivery experience working in agile squads Comfortable working in ambiguity and changing environments Ability to ask the right questions to confirm scope and priorities Previous experience in large, complex organisations Prior experience within similar large insurers highly regarded What you'll get in return This role offers a 12-month contract and a day rate of $900 super per day. You'll be based in Sydney and enjoy flexible working arrangements (23 days in the office).
