Senior Value Stream Recipe Owner (6-Month Contract) Location: Broadmeadows (Melbourne) - on site Duration: 6-Month Contract (with possibility of extension) We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Value Stream Recipe Owner to join our client’s team in Broadmeadows on a 6-month contract. This critical role is accountable for the implementation, maintenance, and ownership of the PCS/MES and PLC process recipes for a specific value stream within a regulated manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Recipe & System Ownership: Own, maintain, and implement process control recipes and configurations across MES, PCS, and PLC systems, ensuring adherence to global standards, including ISA-S88/S95. Project Leadership: Act as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Execution Systems deliverables on CAPEX and OPEX projects, overseeing contractor work during design, commissioning, and validation. Compliance & Validation: Lead the Execution System validation strategy, contribute to audit inspections, and manage ES investigations and CAPAs in collaboration with Quality representatives. Required Qualifications and Experience: Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related Science/IT discipline. Technical Expertise: 5 years of working experience in Execution Systems/Automation design and support. Specific expertise required in: Process automation, MES, and batch manufacturing industry standards (ISA S88 & S95). Recipe and Workflow Authoring, and configuring master data in MES. Project Capability: Demonstrated technical leadership of complex DCS/PCS/Automation projects with integrated MES systems from initial development through full validation.
