The Opportunity We are currently seeking an experienced Renderer to join our growing team on the Gold Coast. This role is ideal for a tradesperson who takes pride in producing high-standard finishes across both residential and commercial construction sites. You will play a key role in ensuring surfaces are prepared and rendered to the highest professional standards. Key Duties Prepare walls and surfaces by cleaning, levelling, and applying bonding agents Mix and apply cement render, acrylic render, and other finishing materials Apply multiple coats to achieve smooth, even, and durable finishes Create textured and decorative finishes where required Install and finish architectural elements including cornices and mouldings Read and interpret plans and technical drawings accurately Carry out grinding and surface levelling for advanced concrete and plaster finishes Maintain safe work practices in line with Australian standards Skills & Experience Relevant trade qualification in Rendering or related field Minimum 3 years of proven industry experience Strong knowledge of rendering materials and application techniques (float coats, texture coats, etc.) Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications High attention to detail and finishing precision Solid understanding of workplace health and safety requirements Reliable team player with good communication skills What We Offer Permanent full-time position (38 hours per week) Competitive annual salary: $77,000 – $79,000 Supportive and professional team environment Ongoing opportunities for skill development and career progression Stable employment within a growing construction company If you are a dedicated Renderer looking to secure a long-term role with a reputable company on the Gold Coast, we encourage you to apply.
