Due to continued success in the Australian market, we are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to plan, organise, direct, control, and coordinate all sales and marketing activities within our rapidly growing organisation. This is a full-time, ongoing position based in Osborne Park, WA . The role will involve regular travel across Australia , as we have offices and showrooms in Sydney, Adelaide, Perth, Tasmania, and Brisbane , and the successful candidate must be willing and able to travel to all locations as required. The role is responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing growth strategies across Australia, driving value creation, strengthening key relationships, and identifying and developing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities include:·Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth ·Manage and lead sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives ·Analyse market trends, customer data, and competitor activity to inform strategy ·Oversee branding, product positioning, and promotional campaigns ·Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners ·Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management ·Identify and develop new market opportunities domestically and internationally Skills and Experience Required:·Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) ·Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in a senior sales and marketing role ·Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills ·Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies ·Experience managing budgets and analysing commercial performance ·Ability to work autonomously and achieve results in a fast-paced environment If this sounds like you, please send your CV to Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
