THE ORGANISATION With a national footprint, this organisation is currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a diverse employee group. THE ROLE Supporting a workforce of approximately 300 employees, this role offers the chance to become a trusted advisor across the business. It combines both strategic and operational elements, you’ll lead initiatives across performance management and onboarding, while also contributing broadly as a generalist in areas such as learning and development, recruitment, talent, and performance management. You’ll partner closely with business leaders, offering commercially focused HR advice, coaching, and support across all people related matters. THE CRITERIA To be successful in this role, you’ll be an experienced HR Business Partner who can build strong relationships at every level of the organisation.
