With an established office team already in place, they are looking for an experienced Business Manager to lead performance, profitability and workflow across all divisions. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee projects from quote to completion, drive operational efficiency and act as the central link between the owner and the team. You’ll have the autonomy to improve systems, strengthen processes and help shape the next stage of growth. Salary & Benefits $120,000 – $140,000 Super Company vehicle, phone and laptop provided Full-time Monday–Friday position Small, established team environment Genuine autonomy to drive operational improvements Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and workflow across all divisions Monitor job profitability, variations and invoicing accuracy Lead and support the team to achieve performance targets Improve systems and processes (Simpro highly regarded) Manage client, builder and supplier relationships What You’ll Bring Trade qualification in electrical, solar, AC or similar Minimum 5 years in a trade-based business Proven experience in a business or operations management role Strong understanding of project flow from quoting to completion Valid Driver’s Licence and solid compliance knowledge Simpro experience and construction industry compliance knowledge will be highly regarded.
