Joinery Estimating opportunity across high end residential and commercial Long term opportunity within a growing business Supportive team environment The role is based on the North side of Brisbane and is for an experienced estimator and focused on preparing accurate joinery and fitout estimates, managing tenders, and supporting ongoing business growth. Projects range across both high end commercial and residential. If you have strong experience pricing commercial construction or bespoke joinery projects and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial joinery projects Complete take-offs from drawings and specifications Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor pricing Prepare and submit tender documentation Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal project teams Support new business opportunities and tender submissions About You 3-5 years' experience estimating joinery within shopfitting or cabinet making Being trade qualified yourself is advantageous Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings Strong communication and negotiation skills Positive approach to working within a team and learning from others What's on offer Competitive salary based on experience Supportive team in an excellent working environment.
