The primary role is to ensure delivery of safe and effective clinical care that requires a higher level of clinical decision making that is relevant to dietitian practice; practice and deliver dietitian services across acute, subacute, outpatients, aged care and community-based settings within Portland District Health; contribute to the quality, safety and risk management programs for the dietetic department; and contribute to an environment that is conducive to person centred care which fosters a culture of consumer engagement and partnerships About you: Possession of a tertiary qualification and accreditation as a Dietitian with membership for Dietitians Australia Post Graduate clinical qualifications in speciality area of practice - desirable Extensive clinical knowledge, skills and leadership experience in dietetics Demonstrated sound advanced clinical assessment and analysis skills and knowledge, and ability to implement indicated treatments for individuals and groups Demonstrated team leadership ability and experience supporting staff through internal and external change Demonstrated excellent communication skills, written and verbal Please click here to view Position Description.
