Melrose and Tarmoola stations are located in the Northern Goldfields (Shire of Leonora), covering an area of approximately 400,000 ha. The stations are owned by Vault Minerals and run as operational cattle stations. The role of Domestic General hand is a versatile role will and will require a range of skills, including cooking, gardening, and maintaining equipment. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a remote, outdoor environment and will have a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. This role will follow a "work as required" schedule, typically based on a 6:1 days roster. While additional hours may be required to meet station needs, accrued time off will be provided to suit seasonal requirements of the station. Key responsibilities will include: Cooking for a small crew Clean kitchen and communal staff areas Manage garden Off-road driving, ensuring safe transport of materials and personnel Machine operating with the use of station equipment Assist with station upkeep, ensuring equipment and living quarters are well-maintained. Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Assist with administrative computer tasks for the station. About You: Experience in a similar role - preferred but not essential A strong commitment to safety Ability to pass a pre-employment medical examination Intermediate familiarisation with MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
