Join a well-regarded organisation as a Learning and Development Coordinator, supporting the delivery of a high-profile leadership development program. This is a hands-on contract role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys bringing structure to moving parts, and takes pride in delivering a seamless participant experience. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to coordinate the end-to-end execution of leadership initiatives and ensure programs run smoothly from planning through to completion. The Role You will play a critical role in ensuring leadership programs are delivered efficiently and professionally, including: Coordinating workshop schedules, facilitators and participant communications Managing venues, logistics, catering, materials and AV requirements Tracking enrolments, attendance and milestones via the LMS (Cornerstone) Acting as the central point of contact for participants Preparing and distributing program communications and resources Supporting the administration of 360-degree leadership assessments (including setup, tracking and reporting) Assisting with learning materials, presentations and LMS uploads Maintaining trackers, documentation and improving coordination processes About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Proven experience in program or project coordination, ideally within L&D, HR or professional services Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Confidence working autonomously and taking ownership Desirable experience includes: Administration of 360-degree feedback or psychometric tools Exposure to LMS platforms (Cornerstone highly regarded) Familiarity with e-learning tools such as Rise Experience supporting leadership or executive development programs Why Apply?
