A leading investment manager is seeking a senior technology leader to own and evolve the platforms that support sales, marketing and client engagement. Reporting to the CTO, this role partners closely with the HO Distribution to translate business strategies into a scalable, data-driven, distribution technology road map to support revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Own and deliver the Distribution Technology strategy and road map Partner with senior sales and marketing leaders to shape operating models and processes Lead and optimise the CRM platform (Salesforce preferred) Improve use of customer and sales data to drive revenue and retention Lead and develop a high-performing technology team Manage key technology vendors and partners About You 10 years’ experience in Financial Services Technology Strong experience supporting sales or distribution teams in an institutional environment (e.g. Financial Markets, Funds, Private Banking, Super) Expertise in CRM platforms and modern data environments Proven leader with experience delivering complex change Comfortable operating with autonomy in a regulated environment This is a newly created role in a greenfield environment where you will have the investment and support form the business and C-suite, in order to build a technology platform and strategy to drive business growth.
