About the Site Located near the scenic Lake Joondalup, Brightwater Oxford Gardens provides exceptional care for individuals with diverse needs, including advanced dementia and high care requirements. The site features 59 private rooms and 1 shared room, thoughtfully arranged across four individual houses to create a warm and supportive environment. This position delivers inclusive and person-centred quality care and support in accordance with individualised client Care Plans to ensure optimal service provision that actively promotes choice, independence, and quality of life, in a safe and home like environment.
