About the role Their corporate office based in Scoresby are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Contractor to support their team by working through backlog transactions within the MP environment, focusing on identifying and closing Shipping Invoice (SIF) related transactions. This role is ideal for a strong data processor with experience in invoice matching and high-volume transaction environments. The job is based onsite with working hours of 8am - 4pm. Training is provided. Key responsibilities include: Invoice processing & 3-way matching (PO / GRN / Invoice) Data entry accuracy & high-volume processing. Vendor statement reconciliations. Query resolution (internal). Internal query resolution. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures. Skills & Attributes Required Experience in invoice processing and 3-way matching (PO / GRN / Invoice) Basic understanding of Shipping Invoice (SIF) processing Strong data processing capability with high attention to detail Proven ability to manage high-volume data entry Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
