An experienced IT Support Analyst with capability operating at a Level 1 to 2 standard within a professional corporate environment. Relevant IT qualifications (e.g., Certificate IV in IT, Diploma of IT, Microsoft or other vendor certifications) and/or equivalent practical industry experience. Strong technical proficiency across Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, end user devices, peripherals and basic networking fundamentals. Proven experience supporting audiovisual and meeting room technologies, with the ability to troubleshoot and restore services efficiently. High level of composure, analytical thinking and sound judgement when managing urgent, complex or high impact support incidents. The role This hands on, office based role provides day to day IT support to staff in our Sydney offices (includes North Sydney, Parramatta & CBD) ensuring a smooth and productive technology experience. You’ll deliver desktop support, AV/meeting room troubleshooting and laptop deployment activities. The role blends Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for daily IT incidents, requests and walk ups across the Sydney CBD offices. Deliver hands on desktop support, troubleshooting hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and connectivity issues. Provide AV and Microsoft Teams Room support, ensuring meeting spaces run reliably and issues are resolved fast. Complete laptop builds, deployments and roll outs, handling configuration tasks autonomously. Coordinate hardware repairs, replacements and vendor interactions, maintaining clear and timely communication.
