The clinic operates within a structured urgent care model, focused entirely on acute, walk-in presentations rather than traditional booked GP consults. The demand is steady and predictable, so you are not relying on slow books or seasonal fluctuations to generate income. The billing model is straightforward. You’ll receive $200 per hour or 75% of billings, whichever is higher. Doctors currently working under this structure are averaging around $400 per hour. Ideally, the clinic is looking for a full-time GP. However, doctors who can commit to a minimum of 2–3 days per week will also be considered. A long-term arrangement is preferred to ensure continuity within the team. Importantly, this is a DPA-approved location, making it suitable for moratorium-restricted GPs.
