Mills Recruitment is partnered with a power and energy EPCM seeking an experienced and hands-on Project Manager to deliver complex and critical power projects across Australia. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives on ownership, balancing technical and commercial priorities, and guiding projects from concept through to commissioning. You’ll lead multi-disciplinary teams on high-value projects across renewables, energy storage, HV infrastructure, and rotating generation—ensuring cost, schedule, quality, and safety outcomes are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities Lead planning, execution, and delivery of power generation and energy infrastructure projects. Manage scope, budget, schedule, and risk across the full lifecycle. Coordinate engineering, procurement, and site teams for practical, buildable outcomes. Oversee contracts, variations, and client reporting. Ensure compliance with OHS, environmental, and quality standards. Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. About You Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent (trade experience considered). 5 years’ project management experience in construction, power, or infrastructure. Proven track record delivering multi-million-dollar projects. Strong organisational and communication skills. Commercially astute with contract management experience.
