Our client is currently looking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced individual in the role of Corporate Service Manager. The company has built a strong reputation in heavy vehicle hire and servicing within the construction industry and are looking to build upon their growth with this key role contributing to the company’s future ambitions. The Opportunity The Corporate Service Manager is a multi-faceted position will play a vital role in the organisations successful operations and future development. Providing high level analysis, reporting and strategic business improvement advice to the leadership team, and responsible for overseeing a range of administrative and support functions within our organisation. Your Duties will be: Manage administrative staff and functions. Ensure that administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and document management are carried out accurately and efficiently. Responsible for the management and maintenance of the companys facilities, including office spaces, equipment and amenities. This will involve coordinating repairs, renovations and safety inspections. Work with external vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, oversee service agreement and ensure services provided meet the companys standards and needs. Involved in budget planning and financial management related to administrative and facility expenses. This includes cost control, forecasting, and expense tracking. Collaborate with the HR to assist with administrative aspects of employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping. This may also coordinate employee events and activities. Ensuring workplace safety and compliance with health and safety regulations is a critical aspect of the role, this includes conducting safety audits and implementing safety protocols. Oversee the procurement and management of office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure that the company has the necessary resources to operate efficiently. Responsible for security measures, including access control, surveillance systems, and emergency response planning. Responsible for implementing environmentally sustainable practices within the company, such as waste reduction and energy efficiency initiatives. Staying informed about relevant laws and regulations that pertain to the companys operations and ensuring compliance with these regulations. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements within corporate service functions. Analysing resources management issues and initiatives that affect the company and preparing associated reports. Qualifications you will need: Hold a degree and post-graduate qualification in Business. Minimum 5 years’ experience at a senior level within a corporate service function Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
