Operating 3 manufacturing sites, 23 Service Branches as well as Engineering Design & Fabrication facilities employing over 1200 employees. Your New Team & Role This is an exciting and challenging role which will see you responsible for conveyor installation, maintenance and belt splicing and involve: Belt splicing, repairs, maintenance and installations of fabric, including rubber lining; General conveyor maintenance i.e. identifying common belt damage/ faults and determine method of repair; and A strong commitment to safety and quality. About you We are looking for a team player who is self-driven and possesses the following skills and experience: Proven experience in conveyor belt splicing, repairs, maintenance and installations of fabric belt; Ability to identify common belt damage/faults and determine method of repair; General conveyor maintenance experience; Experience operating mechanical conveyor belt handling equipment; Valid Driver’s Licence preferably MR License; Willingness to work outside of hours as required; and Polymer Processing certification preferred but not essential.
