As the leader in workforce development initiatives for our industries, SaCSA collaborates with industry to identify and articulate current and future employment trends and develops solutions that best serve those needs. Your new role The role is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the Scoping Service Sector Futures: Career Journey Mapping Activity Project. This includes coordinating stakeholder engagement activities, undertaking quantitative and qualitative analysis, developing career journey maps and insights, and ensuring project deliverables are completed in accordance with the approved Activity Submission, Project Plan and departmental requirements. Key outcomes:Produce high-quality career journey maps, supported by strong evidence and data visualisations.Develop and maintain cross-sector partnerships and coordinate internal SaCSA resources to implement the agreed framework and deliver project outcomes.Supporting the ongoing SaCSA workforce development planning process by providing relevant industry insights, data, qualitative and quantitative information and feedback received through the project.Accurate maintenance of the Stakeholder Consultation log, Project Management Software and CRM for the Project which will include maintenance of the schedule and overview of activities for the current and forthcoming financial year, and timely reporting of information arising from activities into our Project Management Software and CRM.Provision of robust, future-focused workforce insights to support workforce planning, retention, progression and skills development across the Services Industries. What you'll need to succeed Demonstrated research, data analysis, and project management experience is essential for this role.Advanced project management skills with experience delivering complex and innovative projectsStrong communication, engagement and influencing skills with the capability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Sophisticated writing skills, including the ability to produce high quality reports and submissions.
