Support positive engagement by modelling appropriate parenting behaviours and initiating play-based interactions. Provide consistent supervision during visits and respond to conflict in line with service policies. Assist with administrative tasks and offer support to senior staff and colleagues during supervised contact or changeovers. Participate in team meetings, training, and ensure adherence to service procedures and professional standards.
