As an Assistant Development Manager you will work with a team of experienced property professionals that will provide you with mentoring and development to progress your career. Supporting an experienced project team, this diverse and rewarding role will see you develop your skillset in Masterplanned Communities Development. We're Looking For An emerging development professional who brings enthusiasm, adaptability and an interest in shaping great communities. You will have experience in a related field and the ambition to develop a long‑term career in property development. What You’ll Do Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, you will support the delivery of the first precinct and assist in preparing future precincts for development. You will contribute to project performance, stakeholder engagement and the execution of the Kings Forest vision. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with project scoping, design and delivery to meet schedule, revenue and cost objectives. Supporting financial planning, contract preparation, approval processes and compliance activities. Contributing to environmental management including rehabilitation, revegetation and planning approvals for protected areas. Assisting with early stage landscape masterplanning and long‑term design visioning. Supporting project reporting, commercial analysis, risk processes and cross‑functional collaboration. Contributing to project reviews and applying learnings to future precinct delivery. About You You are motivated, curious and excited to learn from an experienced development team. You enjoy variety, thrive in a collaborative environment and want to play a meaningful role in shaping a large‑scale community. Experience & Skills That Count Experience in a related field such as property, planning, project management, engineering or similar. Tertiary qualifications in property or a related discipline. Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills. Ability to build positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
