This includes: coordinating invigilators, overseeing exam venue setup, providing clear instructions to students and maintaining proper conduct throughout each session. This is a casual role , and manages the secure handling of examination papers, liaises with NESA, and ensures all procedures align with NESA and IB requirements. The Presiding Officer plays a key part in supporting equitable access for students and contributing to a calm, orderly and professionally run examination environment. About you You will be an organised and confident communicator who brings clarity, calm and strong attention to detail to every examination session. You will feel comfortable: leading and coordinating invigilators, following established procedures and upholding the integrity of the examination process. The successful candidate will be: reliable, observant and able to respond appropriately to student queries or concerns. comfortable managing sensitive materials securely and ensuring compliance with NESA and IB expectations. a steady presence and a genuine commitment to fairness and student wellbeing will help you thrive in this role.
