An exciting new opportunity for a highly organised Settlements Manager to join a high-performing Property Investment Group. This position plays a key role in managing the end-to-end contract process, ensuring property transactions progress efficiently from offer acceptance through to settlement. Key Responsibilities: Review and manage Contracts of Sale for residential and investment properties Track contract milestones, including cooling-off periods, finance clauses, building inspections and settlement dates Act as the primary liaison between agents, clients, conveyancers, solicitors, brokers, and selling agents Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with legislative requirements Identify and flag contractual risks or issues to agents and the leadership team Work closely with agents, admin, and post-settlement teams Assist with process improvements and workflow optimisation About you: Previous experience in property contracts, conveyancing, legal support, or real estate administration Strong understanding of residential property contracts and settlement processes Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously under tight deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of SMSF, investment, and off-market transactions What's on offer: A key role in a growing, entrepreneurial Property Investment Group Supportive, collaborative team environment Exposure to high-value residential and investment transactions Opportunity to shape and improve internal processes Competitive salary based on experience Apply now to take the next step in your career as a Contracts Manager and join a business that’s ambitious, fast-moving, and here to make an impact!
