About You : Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (desirable). Position Summary : The Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing and maintaining Social Pro’s SaaS platform. This role contributes to building scalable, secure and high-performing software solutions that support clients in managing social impact, procurement reporting and compliance requirements. The Software Developer ensures code quality, system reliability and continuous innovation while collaborating closely with Product, Customer Success and Leadership. Key Requirements : 3 years’ experience in software development Experience working in SaaS or cloud-based environments preferred. Experience with modern development frameworks and APIs. Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages (to be specified). Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or similar desirable). Understanding of database design and management. Experience with RESTful APIs and integrations. Knowledge of security best practices. Strong problem-solving ability. Attention to detail. Accountability for code quality. Collaborative team mindset.
