In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key part in elevating the sales performance and capability of our General Insurance Call Centre Consultants. What You’ll Be Doing Design and deliver coaching programs, provide one-on-one and group mentoring, and drive a culture of high performance across the team Develop instructor-led learning materials and create multimedia content including eLearning modules, animations, videos, and simulations Manage learning projects with clear milestones, resource planning and risk mitigation Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and effective strategies aligned with best practice and continuous improvement.
