Position Overview Civeo is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Specialist to support and elevate our hospitality operations across our remote villages in Moranbah and Dysart, on a permanent basis. These villages house 500-1000 residents and guests where Civeo is dedicated to creating healthy, productive and connective lives for those living and working away from home. This unique leadership and business partnering role focuses on training and mentoring Housekeeping Supervisor teams, upholding Civeo brand standards, and collaborating closely with village leadership and clients to drive industry best practice. Working across our village communities and corporate teams, you’ll bring a strong operational mindset, confidence in systems and processes, and a genuine commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and service excellence. Roster Options: 5/2 or 9/5 Key Responsibilities Train, coach, and mentor Housekeeping supervisory teams across 2 villages. Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, Village Management, Supply Chain, Safety Management and external suppliers. Complete Civeo and client reporting (weekly, monthly, plus quarterly reviews). Conduct internal and external audits and inspections to meet compliance standards and contractual requirements. Collaborate with external suppliers to support effective service delivery. Maintain and promote a safe working environment for team members, residents, and clients. Use of Civeo and Client systems including SAMS, RMS, Myosh, Kronos, Oracle and Microsoft Suite. Demonstrated people leadership and supervisory experience within a Housekeeping capacity in Hospitality, Hotels or onsite accommodation environments. FIFO village accommodation experience will be highly regarded. Strong data analysis, systems and process acumen. Excellent verbal communication and client relationship skills. Solutions-focused mindset with strong decision‑making & troubleshooting abilities. Capability in Microsoft systems, RMS, & SAMS platforms or similar. Your ability to problem-solve, delegate effectively, manage competing deadlines, and communicate with confidence will be critical to your success.
