Position Overview Are you a creative, commercially sharp sourcing professional ready to step up? We’re seeking someone who is strong in procurement fundamentals, thrives in fast‑moving supply environments, and brings true end‑to‑end sourcing experience — from market scanning through to negotiation, tenders, scope of work, supplier onboarding and performance management. Key Responsibilities Own the end‑to‑end sourcing process : market research, vendor identification, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and implementation. Identify and unlock direct supply opportunities across domestic and international markets. Lead negotiations across multiple retail and food categories. Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews and continuous improvement. Conduct financial modelling, cost/volume forecasting and post‑tender analysis. Align supplier logistics, warehousing and inventory processes with Civeo’s operating model. Support procurement governance and standardised procurement methodologies. Perform supply market intelligence, commodity assessments and category spend analysis. Ensure all health, safety, quality and environmental requirements are met. Qualifications Ideally, tertiary qualifications in business/commerce. Demonstratable experience in procurement, supply chain or category management- retail, food and dairy categories are highly advantageous. Experience in large corporate or multi‑category environments, preferably from petroleum, grocery, convenience or hospitality sectors.
