You will lead the Financial Services team with responsibility for delivering strong, consistent, and compliant credit, billing, and collections processes across Warrigal’s aged care and independent living services. This role is ideal for a collaborative and analytical finance professional with strong leadership capability and a passion for enhancing financial sustainability and service quality. Proven experience in credit management, financial risk assessment, or a related financial discipline. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. High level of analytical skills with the ability to assess financial risk and identify opportunities for improvement. Strong leadership and team management skills to lead the Financial Services team effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial modelling, reporting, and data analysis. Desirable: Experience working in the aged care or non-profit sector, particularly in financial management and compliance. Advanced knowledge of financial systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
