Work with people who connect, collaborate, and make an impact together Real career pathways and leadership development Work with leading global brands like John Deere and Vermeer We celebrate wins, support each other, and build careers that matter What You’ll Be Doing As a Service Administrator, you will: Manage job bookings, open and close work orders, and allocate parts and timesheets accurately Prepare and process invoices for internal and external customers in a timely manner Support the service team with scheduling, customer communication, and warranty follow-ups and customer communication including phone calls Maintain accurate service records, files, and customer profiles Provide general admin support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the service department Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement What We’re Looking for the Following Skills: Strong computer and administrative skills, with experience in a dealership environment highly regarded. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Great organisational skills and attention to detail Strong customer service focus and a professional approach Basic understanding of mechanical or technical terms preferred Is safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives result Who is RDO?
