Proserpine Nursing Home Inc is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. The Role This is a casual position primarily focused on providing clinical oversight during the night shift. You will be responsible for ensuring nursing care is delivered in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards while respecting the cultural and spiritual needs of our residents. Shift Details: Night Shift: 9:00 pm – 6:00 am. Flexibility: Mandatory availability for night duty, with additional morning and afternoon shifts as required. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care independently and as part of a small team. Ensure all clinical care meets the Aged Care Quality Standards. Support residents’ dignity, religious, and cultural requirements. What We Need Registration: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Education: Completed Bachelor of Nursing qualification. Compliance: * Current National Police Check. Valid immunisation records. Skills: Strong clinical assessment, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
