What does your workday look like …
- Come as you are and always have fun with each other every day;
- Welcome guests and make sure they’re not just contented, but enthusiastic;
- Always keep your cool – even when guests turn up to check in at the same time;
- Handle credit cards, cash, and company accounts with care;
- Assist with preparation and communication of group check ins;
- Operate the telephones from internal to external requests;
- Securely store and deliver guest luggage;
- Deliver items of request to guest rooms at top speed.
