About the Position: Our client is looking for a Senior Associate (5 PAE) with a back-end construction disputes background to join our clients’ team within a well-regarded Construction, Projects & Infrastructure practice. You’ll work alongside experienced partners on significant matters across Queensland and nationally, with exposure to work such as: High-value construction and engineering disputes Claims involving delay, disruption, defects and variations Security of Payment strategy and adjudication preparation Contract interpretation issues and dispute avoidance advisory Acting for principals, contractors, developers, subcontractors and insurers This is a role for someone who wants stimulating disputes, real client contact, and the ability to work in a way that supports life outside the office.
