What We’re Looking For As the Clinical Lead, you will report directly to the Director and serve as the clinical "North Star" for our speech pathology team. Expertise Required: Experience: Minimum 8 years as a Speech Pathologist, with at least 5 years specifically in paediatric disability. Clinical Breadth: A diverse background including feeding, CAS, literacy, stuttering, and AAC. Leadership: Proven experience providing clinical supervision to students, new grads, and early-career clinicians. Knowledge: Strong command of NDIS frameworks and family-centred care.
