Sensia Allied Health is looking for a Clinical Lead to head our Speech Department’s growth. What We’re Looking For As the Clinical Lead, you will report directly to the Director and serve as the clinical "North Star" for our speech pathology team. Expertise Required: Experience: Minimum 8 years as a Speech Pathologist, with at least 5 years specifically in paediatric disability. Clinical Breadth: A diverse background including feeding, CAS, literacy, stuttering, and AAC. Leadership: Proven experience providing clinical supervision to students, new grads, and early-career clinicians. Knowledge: Strong command of NDIS frameworks and family-centred care.
