About the Role As the Educational Leader, you will work across all rooms and partner closely with the Centre Leadership Team to drive educational excellence and continuous improvement. This is a full-time role with rotating shifts. Your responsibilities include: Leading and enhancing the educational program across the centre Mentoring, coaching, and supporting educators Supporting curriculum planning, documentation, and reflective practice Embedding Aspire’s Grow, Learn, Connect philosophy Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) Driving continuous improvement and quality outcomes Building strong relationships with children, families, and the community Working closely with the Centre Manager and leadership team Why Join Aspire? You will bring: ACECQA-approved Diploma or higher (Bachelor / ECT preferred) Experience as an Educational Leader (ideally in a large centre) Strong knowledge of the EYLF and regulations A reflective, supportive leadership style Strong organisation and time management skills Excellent communication and relationship-building skills You’ll also have: Working with Children Check & Police Check First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates Our Commitment We are committed to creating safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive environments for all children and families.
