About the Job Are you a lead technician or current supervisor ready to step into a pivotal leadership role within a premier heavy vehicle dealership? We are seeking a dedicated Service Supervisor to join a highly respected industry leader at their branch in Rockhampton . In this role, you will be the vital link between the service office and the workshop floor, ensuring high-quality workmanship and a safe, productive environment for the entire team. As a key member of the management team, you will mentor staff, oversee complex repairs, and drive excellence in customer service. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated professional to influence workshop culture while maintaining their technical edge. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor workshop staff on technical processes and safe work practices. Coordinate job allocations and monitor workflow between the office and the floor. Inspect and sign off on completed repairs to ensure they meet strict manufacturer standards. Liaise with customers to provide professional service and technical updates. Ensure all administrative tasks, including job cards and warranty documentation, are completed accurately. On offer is an attractive hourly rate of c. $55/hr - $57/hr overtime allowing you to earn up to c. $130,000 superannuation per year. Previous exposure to Trucks in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous for this position.
