About the Role Mount Martha Valley is seeking enthusiastic Food Services Assistants who take pride in delivering highquality service and fostering a warm, welcoming environment for our residents. You’ll play an important part in ensuring residents receive nutritious, wellpresented meals while helping maintain a comfortable and enjoyable dining atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Keeping dining areas clean, organised, and inviting Preparing, plating, and serving meals in line with our Food Safety Program Supporting individual dietary and specialised nutritional needs Providing friendly, respectful, and professional service during meal times What You Bring Experience in hospitality, food services, or aged care (advantageous but not essential) Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to safe food handling A genuine interest in supporting and engaging with older people Mandatory Requirements Current Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Proof of COVID19 vaccination (three doses) and annual Flu vaccination encouraged Food Handling Certificate Why Work With Us?
