The Opportunity Our Caloundra clinic is excited to welcome an experienced Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) or Registered/Clinical Psychologist to join us. We’re looking for someone who is passionate and experienced in supporting individuals, families, and carers in areas such as mental health, eating disorders, disability, aged care, and veterans’ care. This part-time or contractor role will offer a diverse and fulfilling caseload. What Your Day Might Look Like: Conducting thorough intake assessments to create tailored care plans Providing counselling and evidence-based psychological interventions to adults and/or young people Providing supervision to allied health professionals (if trained and experienced) Keeping accurate case notes and preparing clear, concise reports Attending stakeholder meetings and building strong professional relationships Offering creative input to improve our internal and external processes Designing and delivering group therapy programs (if that's your area of passion) Actively participating in team meetings and supervision sessions What We’re Looking For: Relevant qualifications and memberships (AASW or AHPRA) At least 2 years of experience in social work or psychology Strong understanding of mental health, disability, and eating disorders Compassionate, trauma-informed, and person-centered clinician Excellent communication and time management skills Willingness to provide documentation (insurance, driver’s license, police check, etc.) Competence in using Microsoft programs and video platforms (like MS Teams) With Grace Therapy Employees Can Expect: Flexibility - agreed schedule with stable hours Competitive salary reasonable KPIs (we believe in sustainability, not burnout!)
