Your Role & Impact While you will work with a generalist cohort, your primary focus will be Paediatrics (under 15s) . Your day-to-day will involve: Comprehensive Assessments: Identifying sensory, motor, and functional challenges through clinical and sensory-specific lenses. Tailored Interventions: Developing individualized plans that focus on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities. Holistic Therapy: Delivering both 1-on-1 and group sessions that engage the child and their support network. Collaborative Care: Working closely with families, caregivers, and our internal Speech and Music Therapy teams. Quality Standards: Maintaining high-quality clinical documentation in line with NDIS and professional guidelines. About You You are a clinician who values attention to detail and genuinely cares about the "human" side of therapy.
