You will join a sophisticated multidisciplinary team of Psychologists, OTs, and Social Workers in a setting that prioritizes clinical depth over travel time. Clinic-Focused: Say goodbye to constant driving; we are primarily clinic-based. Clinical Complexity: Work across Autism, ADHD, ABI, Schizophrenia, and Intellectual Disabilities. Diagnostic Exposure: Gain unique experience in Neuropsychological and Neurodevelopmental assessments (Autism & ADHD) alongside our diagnostic team. Professional Growth: Access weekly case conferences, monthly external guest speakers from varied disciplines, and clear leadership pathways. Full Admin Support: We handle the paperwork so you can focus on your clients. Your Responsibilities Holistic Intervention: Assess and deliver therapy across speech clarity, language development, AAC, stuttering, voice, social skills, and swallowing. Diagnostic Collaboration: Provide speech and communication assessments as part of our Multidisciplinary Autism Diagnostic team . Diverse Caseload: Support children and adults with complex presentations, including neurodivergence and mental health conditions. Continuous Learning: Participate in high-level mentoring and inter-professional workshops to refine your practice. Selection Criteria To be successful in this role, you will bring: Clinical Experience: At least 2 years of experience providing warm, empathic therapeutic interventions to children, youth, and families. Qualifications: A degree in Speech Pathology and eligibility for Certified Practising Membership with SPA . Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to work collaboratively in a team. Compliance: A valid WWCC and Victorian Police Check (plus professional indemnity insurance). Language (Bonus): Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese is highly regarded, though not mandatory. Mobility: A current driver’s license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
