As a Customer Service Representative – Complex Complaints , you will play a key role in resolving sensitive and challenging customer issues within the Utilities space. You will manage disputes through to resolution with empathy and professionalism, delivering high standards of customer service while meeting all regulatory requirements. What You’ll Be Doing; Complaint Resolver: Investigate and manage complex customer complaints from start to resolution. Customer Advocate: Liaise with customers and clients to address concerns promptly, professionally, and in line with regulatory frameworks.
