The business delivers a strong pipeline of projects, including new builds, store rollouts, refurbishments, and retail conversions, providing excellent exposure to the full project lifecycle. This position is ideally suited to a post-graduate professional with 2–3 years’ experience who is eager to step into a developer-side role. You will report directly to a highly experienced Senior Project Manager, gaining valuable mentorship, guidance, and structured career development. The Opportunity You will support the coordination and delivery of multiple retail projects, assisting across planning, design, procurement, contract administration, and construction phases. About You 2–3 years’ experience in construction, design, engineering, architecture, or related fields Relevant tertiary qualification (Construction, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, etc.) Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and willingness to learn Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset Candidates from architecture, engineering, construction, or trade backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
