Role Description This is a part-time on-site role located in Kirwan, QLD, for a Psychologist or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker. We have capacity for one role at 4 days per week and another role for 3 days per week. The professional in this role will provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families, conducting psychological assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions. Responsibilities include maintaining detailed client records, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and developing tailored care plans to support clients’ mental health and well-being. The role may involve working with diverse populations, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications Strong background in Psychology and Mental Health, with demonstrated expertise in therapeutic approaches such as EMDR, CBT, or ACT. Experience in Counseling and conducting Psychological Assessments to deliver client-centered care Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Current registration with relevant professional bodies such as AHPRA or AASW, and accreditation as a Psychologist or Mental Health Social Worker. Commitment to professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines within the mental health field.
