If you’re someone who loves pulling order from chaos then this is the role for you. What You’ll Be Doing No two days look the same and this role is crucial to the smooth site operation. You will FIFO to site and work a 4:3 roster (Tuesday to Friday). You’ll be trusted with: Owning core site admin: Ensure all documentation and reporting is proactively completed to a high standard Supporting the people onsite: Own the end to end onboarding process for all new crew from ensuring they are inducted, organising flights and accommodation and keeping the remaining crew informed of any key changes First contact: Be the first point of contact for queries, helping to escalate or direct the queries our crew have on the ground to the right support teams Training coordination: Update training records, tracking expiry dates, running gap analysis reports and work with the Training Manager to ensure our people are qualified and have what they need to succceed Maintenance & compliance admin: Own updating fault registers, collating weekly reports, supporting monthly reconciliations Being the calm in the storm: You'll be the glue between support teams and our crew on the ground. You'll juggle priorities, solve problems and keep communication flowing across crews and departments Living and breathing safety: Drive our safety first culture and ensure everyone is following site rules, reporting accurately, and championing safe practices What You’ll Bring Previous and proven experience in site or mining administration Standard 11 (or willingness to obtain one) QLD Explosives Security Clearance Card (or ability to obtain one) Able to pass pre-employment checks including medical, drug and alcohol and background checks A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and organisation Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence handling data Excellent communication that's clear, friendly and effective The ability to stay calm, prioritise and work through busy periods A proactive mindset - you see what needs doing and make it happen without needing to be told A team-player attitude and confidence engaging with all levels on site A current driver’s licence A qualification in business administration is a nice to have but your attitude and capability matter most Why You’ll Love This Role You’ll be part of a supportive and tight-knit crew Your work will be meaningful Your days will move quickly (no clock-watching here!)
