We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to deliver a high-quality funded kindergarten program within our service. About the Role As our Kindergarten Teacher, you will be responsible for: Planning and delivering a developmentally appropriate kindergarten program aligned with the VEYLDF Observing, assessing, and documenting children’s learning and development Creating inclusive, engaging, and play-based learning environments Supporting children’s emotional wellbeing and school readiness Building strong partnerships with families and colleagues Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and service policies Contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture About You You will: Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an equivalent early childhood teaching qualification as recognised by ACECQA and the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) A minimum of 1 year experience delivering a kindergarten, preschool or equivalent program Strong knowledge of the EYLF, VEYLDF, NQS, and child development Excellent communication and documentation skills A genuine passion for early learning and child-led pedagogy What We Offer Competitive salary aligned with market rates Supportive leadership and a collaborative team environment Well-resourced learning spaces Ongoing professional development opportunities A values-driven workplace focused on educator wellbeing How to Apply Please submit your application via the Notices Board, including: Your CV, and A brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in the role.
