Panthers are looking for an energetic Host/Hostess to join our Alexanders Restaurant and be the friendly face that keeps our guests coming back. Alexander’s is an elegant tapas and cocktail lounge at Panthers Penrith, named in honour of the legendary Greg Alexander. The Role: Engage with members and visitors to encourage them to dine in Alexanders Welcome and seat guests with warmth and style in our restaurant Take orders, serve drinks and food, and ensure every guest feels looked after Be the heartbeat of a high-energy, fast-paced service where hospitality meets fun Cash handling duties; Maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing and glass and plate collection. What You’ll Bring: At least 12 months experience working in a restaurant environment; Experience serving plated food and providing beverage service; Excellent customer service skills and communication skills; Valid RSA and RCG certificates; High standard of personal grooming; Availability to work Wednesday to Sunday, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
