Fortune Global 500 ???????????????? ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????UPS ?????????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? ????: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Hours 8:00am - 4:00pm · Customer service face to face contact providing tracking explanations to customers · Investigations daily to locate delivery information · Providing tracking explanation's to internal enquires via email · Liaise with drivers and agent vendors for delivery information · Complete address change information for packages when required · Monitor cargo for timely tracking updates to prevent service failures · Other daily tasks as specified by Operations Management REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS · Customer service experience Customer Focus · Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment Must be reliable & flexible to changes. · Excellent attention to detail · Capacity to repeat daily tasks with attention to detail everyday · Strong organizational and time management skills · Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications · Ability to analyse information to see the whole picture. · Previous experience in an operational environment ?????: ??
