Regional Group Australia (RGA) is seeking experienced and reliable Quarry Operators to join their team at Grantville, VIC. RGA is a leading materials supplier to Australia’s construction industry. From major infrastructure projects to diverse renewable energy and residential developments, we deliver full-service solutions across eastern Australia. Our operations span quarry products, concrete batching, crushing and screening, and transport logistics; ensuring reliable, high-quality materials for every project. Duties include, but not limited to: Mobile plant operation including Front End Loader, Moxy/Dump Truck, Excavator, Quality testing and Fixed plant operations Carry out daily quarry operations and regular maintenance of various vehicles, plant and equipment. Complete daily pre-start checks on plant Participate in daily toolbox talks Develop a thorough understanding of RGA WHS policies and procedures Follow all instructions from Quarry Supervisor Multiple roles available Training provided Required skills and experience: Various plant experience including Front End Loader, Moxy/Dump Truck, and Excavator Driver's license Experience working in a quarry environment Relevant RII tickets (not essential) Good communication skills Use of initiative, proactive and organised approached to work Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment For more information about this role please contact hr@maasgroup.com.au
