We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse / Production Supervisor to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment based in Chipping Norton . About the Role This is a dynamic leadership position overseeing a team of 6–15 skilled staff, supplying high-quality furniture (including school furniture) across Australia. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring production efficiency, safe operations, accurate inventory management, and damage-free packing of large furniture items for transport. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse and production operations Lead, coach and support a team of trades and production staff Oversee manufacturing output and imported stock coordination Ensure furniture and large items are packed securely to minimise damage in transit Coordinate with transport providers and understand Australian logistics requirements Maintain safety, quality and productivity standards About You 3–5 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role Joinery or furniture manufacturing background (highly regarded) Has a positive and can-do attitude, hands-on experience Experience handling furniture items and minimising freight damage Confidence leading 6–15 team members in a production environment Experience with CNC machinery (Biesse preferred) Strong inventory management experience PR or Australian Citizenship (essential) If you’re ready to step into a leadership role where your manufacturing and production experience will truly make a difference — we’d love to hear from you!
