This is not a traditional finance job. It suits someone early in their career who enjoys variety, likes being relied on, and wants to build real business exposure across financial operations, processes and people. This role sits at the centre of our National Service Centre in Clayton South, owning Accounts Payable, onboarding new starters, maintaining systems and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll work closely with new and emerging managers across the country, so personality, confidence and initiative matter just as much as admin accuracy. What You’ll Be Doing • Owning invoicing, payment allocation and finance admin • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding across the national team • Keeping WHS and compliance systems up to date • Maintaining policies, procedures and operational documentation • Acting as the go-to person for internal systems and processes • Liaising with IT on devices, setup and transitions • Supporting managers to keep operations running smoothly About You You’re proactive, comfortable with financial date and juggling multiple priorities. Moreover, you’re highly organised and enjoy being the person people rely on to get things sorted.
