We are currently seeking experienced Refinery Operators for an ongoing position within a large-scale heavy industrial operation. This role suits reliable operators who are safety-focused and experienced in working within fast-paced plant environments. About the Role You will be responsible for safely operating, monitoring, cleaning and maintaining plant equipment within the electrolysis area to ensure production targets are achieved. Key Duties: Operate and monitor refinery plant and equipment Complete shift logs, check sheets and basic preventative maintenance tasks Participate in shift handovers Maintain high housekeeping standards Identify faults and report maintenance requirements Follow lockout procedures and site safety requirements Assist during shutdowns, breakdowns and emergency situations Contribute to TPM and continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For Previous experience in heavy industry or processing plants (highly desirable) Experience with preventative maintenance (advantageous) Ability to work autonomously and within a team Strong commitment to safety Basic computer skills Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (2 days / 2 nights) Required Tickets (Highly Regarded) LF Forklift LBG Bridge & Gantry Crane LL Front End Loader LS Skid Steer DG Dogging WP Boom EWP If you have refinery, smelter, processing plant or heavy industry experience and are looking for your next opportunity, apply now or email your resume to info@tphumancapital.com.au
